At Texas Fireframe Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Texas Fireframe grate, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the invoiced amount, less shipping costs.

Please note that custom orders are excluded from this guarantee and are not eligible for refunds. Any grate that has had a measurement modified is considered a custom order.
