Shipping time is usually 3-5 days from your order date. All grates are shipped UPS ground. All finials and pedestal bases are shipped separately by the U.S. Post Office, Priority Mail. Contact us if the finials should be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Shipping cost is a flat rate for all 50 states. Scroll to the bottom of this page for flat shipping rates. Your grate arrives unboxed via UPS. By eliminating a box and packing materials, we’re kinder to the environment. Canada Residents: We do not ship to Canada, but we can arrange for you to receive a grate near the border in the U.S. Contact us before you place an order.

Your Texas Fireframe grate will be delivered by UPS. Finials and pedestal bases are delivered separately via the US Post Office. Contact us if you wish to provide a P.O. Box for finials/bases.

Log RetainersIf your fireplace is very deep and you use unsplit logs, you may want to consider adding a pair of log retainers which will prevent a round, unsplit log from rolling off the back when placed on top of the lower back log. This is not a problem with most fireplaces since the back wall of the fireplace stops the log from rolling off. Log retainers may be necessary as an extra safety precaution for double-sided or see-through fireplaces, especially when using unsplit logs.
