The Texas Fireframe® grate comes in five sizes, and each size comes in two weights. Our Standard size grate fits most fireplaces. Please consult our measurement page to ensure that you select the right grate for your fireplace. Remember: The depth of your fireplace should be at least 3″ greater than the depth of the grate you choose.
All of our grates are made in the U.S.A. of hot rolled steel, welded bars, and include slip-on, height-adjustable, friction-locking arms. Fully-assembled. Instructions included.
In addition to our classic grate which lasts many years and suits the needs of the majority of our customers, we also offer extra heavy duty grates in all sizes. By adding extra steel to just three bars, we’ve made the entire grate last 50% longer. Determine if an Extra Heavy Duty grate is right for you.
Our fire grates are compatible with most gas lighters. Generous 3 ½” of clearance beneath all models except our Compact SL which has 2 1/2″ clearance. We can add leg height.
